Why should I use Arena?

Over 20 years of experience! We can help you decide what’s the best entertainment for your event within your budget. There’s always someone in the office to talk to & we won’t let you down!

My event isn't until next year, am I too early to book?

Definitely not. It’s best to book as soon as you can, that way you have more choice!

How accurate are the prices on the site?

The prices are to be used as a guide only mainly because artistes fees can vary due to a number of factors. We also have to take into consideration the date of your event, location and your requirements. We’ll always be able to use our experience and our long standing relationships with the acts to get you the best possible rate.

I've decided what entertainment I'd like, what do I do now?

When you’re happy to go ahead we’ll send you a Contract confirming all the details of your event including; artiste, date, venue, timings, agreed fee and a short brief of what’s expected. If you agree with all of the details just sign and return it to us. Your booking has been made and your entertainment is now confirmed.

Can I speak to the leader of the band I'm interested in?

Yes. Once the booking is in place, we can put you in touch with the band leader to discuss the finer details.

How long does the band play for?

The majority of bands play 2 x 75 or 3 x 50 minute sets with some bands playing 2 x 60 minute sets. Bands can play danceable CD music through the breaks or have you thought about a DJ/Disco?

Can I give the DJ a list of songs to play?

We suggest giving the DJ a selection of songs that you’d like to hear during the evening (or for a first dance if you’re a Wedding client!). If the DJ is given a full list of songs for the entire evening, it could be your taste of music but maybe not your guests. Their job is to make sure the dance floor is full and stays full all night long!

Can the speaker/presenter tailor his/her speech more to my company instead of just a general speech?

Yes. The majority of our speakers/presenters would be happy to be given briefing notes about the event they’re speaking at and deliver the message you’d like to convey. In some cases, we can also arrange for a telephone briefing shortly before the event to finalise the details.

Does the Casino use real money?

No. This is a Fun Casino and only uses ‘fun money’. How about a prize for the person with the most amount of fun money left at the end of the evening?

What would a celebrity do at my event?

They’d stay for approximately 1-2 hours, pose for photographs and sign autographs. A great way to attract publicity!

What do I do if I'm interested in someone on your site?

I'm interested in some entertainment that isn't featured on your site, can you still help me?

Yes, I’m sure we could! The company has been in business since 1989 and it would be impossible to put everything or everyone on our site that we’ve worked with or know about within the entertainment industry.

The venue needs to see the PAT and/or PLI certificate, is this a problem?

No problem at all. If equipment is needed at your event we can supply the relevant PAT tested certificate or Public Liability Insurance note.

Why do you need so much information on the enquiry form?

We like to be prepared! It’s always useful to know the date of the event and where it’s taking place as this could affect the price. We’d also like to know if you’ve got something specific in mind? The more information we have about your event, the more we can suggest and advise.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Depending on how much notice is given we’ll always do our best to re-sell the date with hopefully no or little cost to the client. If not enough notice is given then we may need to ask you for some or all of the fee, depending on the circumstances. How about a revised date for your event?

Can I get an autograph of my favourite celebrity?

Sorry, we don’t have any celebrity memorabilia or autographs.

Do you pass on any information to third parties?

No. We have a strict policy where no information is passed on to anybody and we only use your details for your event.
