Norman Hunter is a former footballer and member of the 1966 winning England squad.

He joined Leeds United Football Club during the 1959/60 seasons & left in 1975.  As part of the “Glory Days” team, he played in over 700 games winning with them the following titles:

Norman obtained his full Football Association Coaching License & is competent to coach Association Football at all levels & during the summer months runs a soccer camp at schools in Leeds.

Norman joined Bristol City in 1975 & was there for 3½  years before moving back to the North.

During his managerial career, Norman took Barnsley from the 3rd Division to the 2nd Division.

He has also been Manager of Rotherham & Assistant Manager at West Bromwich Albion & Bradford City.

Internationally, Norman has won 28 caps for England.  He was part of the famed 1966 World Cup squad & also played in Mexico in the 1970 World Cup.

In 1974, Norman was voted the first ever Players Player of the Year by the Professional Footballers Association.

Currently Norman undertakes many duties in the media field, carrying interviews & commentating on TV & radio.
